The Accommodation: There is a large modern airy open-plan style living room, incorporating a kitchen (which is fully equipped with cooker, halogen hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and fridge freezer plus all the usual range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery), there is a dining area and seating area with 2 sofas and 2 easy chairs, TV, DVD player, CD player and IPod Dock Music player.... and it boasts spectacular views through the large bay window towards Peel Castle and the breakwater. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room; there is a second bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (shower over). There is free on- road parking available. The town centre of Peel is a few moments' walk away with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants, takeaways and pubs and of course the famous Davidson's homemade ice cream shop, which is just a short stroll down the prom. There is a good bus service to the major towns on the island, with the bus-stop within 100 yards of the front door. Peel itself boasts a beautiful ruined castle and cathedral, The House of Mannanan (visitor attraction), Yacht marina and harbour, Kipper smokehouse all set out round a bay with 2 lovely beaches and walks up the hills and along the cliffs surrounding the town. The apartment is ideally situated to explore the island or simply relax and enjoy the views (Peel is famed for its spectacular sunsets) with seals and birdlife to be spotted in the bay and boats to watch.
